Why Gender Matters for Immunization: Webinar Series

"Immunization programmes will only succeed in expanding coverage and equity when gender roles, norms and relations are understood, analyzed and accounted for as part of service planning and delivery."
Offered by the World Health Organization (WHO), TechNet-21, and Immunization Agenda 2030, this webinar series aims to improve awareness and understanding of how gender-related barriers impact immunisation . Showcasing examples from around the world of gender-responsive programming, the series aims to provide practical tools and methods to integrate a gender perspective into immunisation programmes to improve coverage and equity. Webinars are delivered in English, with simultaneous French translation; video recordings and presentation slides are available.
